Results Page
What will Test Takers see on their Results page
Results page settings will allow you to choose what will display to the Test taker, on the results page (on-screen), upon Test completion. These settings include the option to display score, percentage and customized feedback. Choose to display graded questions with only those answered incorrectly or reveal correct answers. You can also set these to show results by category.
Options:

Score:
- Display points on results. (Eg, 80/100)
- Displays percentage (Eg, 80%)
- Choosing to display points will pertain to points scored, points scored per question, points scored per category
- Choose points only to display, score only to display, both to display or neither

Feedback:
- If you have added custom feedback under 'Pass Mark Feedback', checking the option 'Custom feedback as set below' will then display this custom feedback on the results page to users
- Optional setting can be turned on/off at anytime

Questions:
- Graded Questions' will display all questions and answers to the user
- 'Reveal Correct Answers' will display the correct answer option for each question
- 'Display Incorrect Questions Only' will show only incorrectly answered questions to the user
- Correct answers will only be revealed if using the 'Reveal Correct Answer' option
- Can choose to select none of the 'Questions' options to not show any questions/answers on the results pages

Categories:
- 'Results by Category' will displays the percentage correct from categories that questions are included in
Benefits:
- Have full control over what your users see upon Test completion
- 'Displaying incorrect questions only' is great when allowing multiple attempts, allowing the user to see only which answers they got wrong but not revealing correct answers
- Revealing correct answers will be beneficial for practice Tests and study for users prior to actual Tests

Pass Mark Feedback
Which feedback to display depending on their performance
With Pass Mark Feedback, you can apply a passing percentage to a Test and create custom feedback messages that will display to your users upon Test completion.
Options:

Pass Mark:
- Use to set a passing percentage
- Optional setting
- Leave blank if you do not want to set a percentage

Test Completed Message:
- If entering a percentage, you will have both a Completed message for passing and failing. If you do not set a pass mark, it will be a message that show to all users who have taken the Test
- When setting a pass mark, only those who pass will see the 'pass' feedback and the same applies for those who fail
- Add text, images, audio and video
Benefits:
- Customize results pages with only the details you want users to see
- Great for recruitment Testing - provide only those that move forward information in the pass section along with links to additional Tests
- Give multiple Tests in a specific order by pasting the next link into the 'pass' section or providing the previous test link only to those that fail
- Personalize your user's results page with customized feedback
Used With: Groups and Links
Return Link
Return users to your website
Return Links are used to redirect your users elsewhere. This can be to another Test link or to a page on your website, or to somewhere referencing additional learning materials.
Options:

Link:
- If you have not set a pass mark, this will display to all Test takers
- Link must start with http:// or https://

Link Title:
- Enter custom text. This will display to users, instead of the link

Pass Link:
- This option will only show if you have set a pass mark
- Only display to users who have passed

Fail Link:
- This option will only show if you have set a pass mark
- Only display to users who have failed

Append 'Test Results' Parameters to Return Link:
- Default parameters
- Add your own unique parameters
- Append 'Test results' parameters
Benefits:
- Great for directing users back to your own website
- Direct users to additional Tests from their results page.
Used With: Links
Webhook
Quiz results in real time
Webhooks are used to send results back to your own website, in real time.
Option:
-
Webhook:
- Setting is only used when integrating ClassMarker with your own website
- Optional setting
- Leave as 'No Webhook required' if not using Webhooks.
Benefits:
- Receiving results in real time means your website can display or allow access to certain areas if a users passes their exam for example
Used With: Groups and Links
Certificate
Allow users to download a customized Certificate
Certificates setting will allow you to apply customized certificates to your Tests.
Options:
-
Certificate:
- Choose the certificate you want to apply, from the drop-down
- Can use the same certificate for multiple Groups and Links
- Certificates will be download in .pdf format
- If emailing results to users, the email will also include the 'Certificate download' link

Only Display on Passing:
- Select this option to only have a certificate awarded if a user passes the Test
Benefits:
- Certificates automatically available upon Test completion
- Optionally have Users Name, Score, Test name and Date added to Certificates
- Having the 'Certificate Download' link in the results email is great if users need to retrieve these again at a later time
Used With: Groups and Links
Email Results
Email Quiz Results on Completion or later
Email Results will allow you to select options, in order to have results sent to both administrators/instructors and Test takers.
Options:

Instructor - Off:
- Results will not be sent to instructors

Instructor - Score Only:
- Only the score will be sent to instructors

Instructor - Score, Categories, Incorrectly Answered Questions Only:
- Score, category results and only questions that have been answered incorrectly will be sent

Score, Categories, All Answered Questions:
- Score, category results and all questions that have been answered, either correct or incorrect will be sent

Test Taker - Email Results to Test Takers:
- This option will be set as 'off' until you check one of the available settings

Test Taker - Score:

- Control over what displays when results are emailed to Test takers
- Control over what displays when results are emailed to administrators/instructors
- If a certificate is included, the certificate download link will also be included in emailed results
- Instructors: Can select different Assistant email addresses for each group or link to have results sent to

Printing
Printing and Copy and paste options
Printing allows you to set the permission if users will be able to print the Test pages and Copy and paste Text.
Option:

Allow Printing of Question and Results Pages:
- Checking this box will enable users to print both the Test pages and Results pages
Benefits:
- Test Takers: Provides users with a copy of their results
- Test Takers: Great for providing users with the results for review, if including graded questions
- Disabling the 'print' option will help to avoid users from having copies of questions to share with others
